Terms and Conditions for Appointments and Deposits:

 

Thank you for choosing STEVO TATTOO. To ensure a seamless experience, please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding deposit payments and appointment bookings.

 

Deposit Payment Deadline:

Once your appointment is reserved, you will have 2 days (48 hours) to pay the deposit and secure your reservation.

If the deposit is not received within this period, Tattoo reserves the right to cancel the reservation due to high demand.

 

Reservation Policy:

Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

Stevo Tattoo cannot hold tentative bookings beyond the 2-day period without payment confirmation.

 

Rescheduling Policy:

Changes to your appointment date must be requested at least 14 days before the scheduled appointment.

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to two times per calendar year.

All rescheduling must occur within the same calendar year. Unused reschedules cannot be carried over to the following year.

 

Non-Refundable Deposits:

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling beyond the allowed limit, or other unforeseen events.

By paying the deposit, you accept this policy as a condition of booking your appointment.

 

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend your appointment on the scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you miss your appointment and wish to book again, a new deposit will be required to secure another date.



Terms and Conditions for Final Invoice Payment:

The following terms and conditions apply to the invoice issued after your tattoo session has been completed. By paying this invoice, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Payment Policy:

Full payment for the tattoo is required upon receipt of the invoice.

Payments must be made by the due date specified on the invoice.

Accepted payment methods include the ones specified on invoice.

 

Late Payment Policy:

Payments not made by the due date will incur a late fee of 10% over the total amount.

Failure to settle the invoice within 7 may result in additional charges or legal action to recover the amount due.

 

Non-Refundable Payment:

Payments made after the tattoo session are non-refundable under any circumstances.

By paying the invoice, you confirm that you are satisfied with the completed work and have had the opportunity to review the tattoo before leaving the studio.

 

Touch-Up Policy:

Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion. Any required touch-ups due to improper aftercare or failure to follow the provided instructions may incur additional charges.

 

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes regarding the invoice must be raised within 7 days of receipt by contacting Stevo Tattoo directly.

Disputes raised after this period will not be considered, and the invoice will remain due in full.

 

Liability Waiver:

By paying the invoice, you acknowledge that tattoos are a permanent art form and that you were given the opportunity to review and approve the design, placement, and size prior to the session.

Stevo Tattoo is not liable for dissatisfaction arising from changes requested after the tattoo was completed.

 

Aftercare Responsibility:

Proper aftercare is essential for the healing and longevity of your tattoo. Aftercare instructions were provided at the end of your session.

Stevo Tattoo is not responsible for complications or dissatisfaction resulting from improper aftercare.
